Sage & Satin Events at CASO Station: A Day of Love & Inspiration

On March 30th, Sage & Satin Events had the pleasure of participating in the Spring Bridal Show at the stunning CASO Station in St. Thomas, Ontario. It was a day filled with beauty, connection, and the kind of magic that only weddings can bring.

The venue, with its historic charm and timeless elegance, provided the perfect backdrop for a showcase full of creativity and inspiration. I was honored to be among so many talented vendors and excited couples, sharing ideas, dreams, and heartfelt conversations.

As a wedding planner, nothing is more rewarding than getting to know the stories behind each couple. These early conversations often become the foundation for truly meaningful and personalized wedding experiences.

The Sage & Satin Table Design
For this event, I wanted the table to reflect the romantic and refined style that Sage & Satin Events is known for. My design focused on simplicity, softness, and a thoughtful touch of elegance. The table was styled with a crisp white linen tablecloth, layered with a soft beige cheesecloth runner for added texture and warmth. Bud vases filled with light, airy baby’s breath added a delicate, romantic touch, while gold and glass candle holders in varying heights created dimension and visual interest. Twisted ivory taper candles—rechargeable and elegantly understated—offered a warm, ambient glow, complemented by gold votive holders that tied the entire look together with timeless sparkle.

Reflections on a Beautiful Day
Being part of this bridal show was such a fulfilling experience. It was a chance to showcase not just my work—but my heart, my values, and the level of care I bring to every event. I left the day feeling incredibly inspired and grateful for the connections made.
